Summer 2017 Meal Program

This summer the Peoria Unified School District is offering Summer Food Services.  ALL Kids 18 and under eat FREE!! Meals are available Monday through Friday.  A list of locations and times breakfast and lunch are being served is provided below along with the Meal menus.  Dinner is served at the Peoria Community Center M-Th 4:30 – 5:15p and Fri 4:00 – 4:45p.

Here are a few Frequently Asked Questions:

Who can eat for free?

Anyone under 18.

If you’re affected by special needs must be under 23.

Do you have to live in Peoria?

No. You could have family visiting from Ohio and they can come. (They don’t have to even live in Arizona!) Because this is a  government funded program, anyone literally anyone under 18 can walk in and get free breakfast, lunch and dinner. (must see flyer for site specific offerings, not all sites have these options)

Do I have to prove any income or any form of need?

Absolutely not. Everyone is welcome just as they are.

As a parent can I eat off my baby’s plate and split with them?

Unfortunately not. The food has to be specifically for the child’s consumption.  Adult meals cost $3 a person.
